How can you get involved with Bill 93? Several groups around Ontario are currently banding together and looking for people or other groups to help this cause. The objective of this private group is to facilitate groups or individuals in various parts of Ontario (based on Provincial political boundaries) to communicate with each other and to work collaboratively on initiatives which will help to improve the family justice and child protection system in Ontario.
If you or your group are interested in helping or you are an MPP
please contact us. and sign an online petition the Online petition.

Are you going to stand by and let CAS supporters drown out the victims in a Facebook fan page called "Use Your Voice" useyourvoice.ca or the "I am Your Children's Aid" ad campaign? If not tell your story by joining this page also please a visit a spoof page we recommend located here.

We are a peaceful protest group consisting of children and loving parents who are, or have been victimized by the Children's Aid Society, the Police and/or any Government agencies refusing to help children in need. We are slowly, fighting an uphill battle to make this country liveable for children. You may scoff at that statement but you've never seen a child's future falling apart in front of your eye's. The stories in the news are true and can happen to anyone! The Children's Aid Societies chooses to fight everyone, refuse to fix problems internally even for people who tried (at first) to quietly, politely help the Children's Aid. But that goes know where unless they take you to court and we need to resort to lawsuits that are only going to get worse, the cost of repairing damages and the strain on society are costing tax payers millions but the worst thing of all is that children are being exploited for profit by the workers. Instead of making itself un-accountable, try making yourself accountable and start doing the job of HELPING children!

Ontario's Bill 93 2008 (Formally Ontario Bill 88 2006)
Ontario's Bill 93 is a private members bill proposed by Hamilton East M.P.P. Andrea Horwath to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. If passed will allow victims of malicious legal attacks by Children's Aid Societies an opportunity to have a voice by allowing the Ontario Ombudsman to investigate the 'real facts' often hidden to protect the credibility of the intake worker, the child protection worker and protect the society and police from civil litigation.

Many innocent parents have been jailed or imprisoned by false information supplied by Children's Aid Societies as was the case for some involving Dr. Charles Smith.

Please download this petition and get as many signatures as possible as it will lead to a safer province for all of our children.

News and Events

January 2010 - OASAC launches the "Use Your Voice" useyourvoice.ca and "I am Your Children's Aid" an ad campaign that is upsetting victims of Ontario's Children's Aid Societies. A spoof website has been created to counter what is believe by many victims to be a multi-million dollar cover-up. Also,  fan group was also created by CAS supporters on Facebook and the victims are joining the group to tell the public what's really going on.

July 2009 - Constance Lake First Nation Chief and Council have taken a bold new resolution to protect it's youth by banning all members of the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and Children's Aid workers from their territory. Chief Arthur Moore says, "If for any reason a representative enters onto Constance Lake Territory, they will be treated as trespassers, and if any children are removed from the community it will be considered a kidnapping."

March 2009 - A 15-year-old Levack girl who either attacked or defended herself against a child-care worker in a vehicle has been charged with assault and mischief. Espanola OPP said the girl also broke a cell phone as they were travelling west on Highway 17 in Nairn Centre on March 23. Questions need to be raised if she was she being abducted like other victims of the Children's Aid Society of the Districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin and was she defending herself? We will never know the truth because the Sudbury Children's Aid controls Sudbury courtrooms and many of its judges.

January 2009 - Wrongfully convicted receive a million dollar donation.
The Association in Defence of the Wrongly Convicted received the donation from Ian Cartwright, a retired Ontario Superior Court judge. Mr. Cartwright said he only wished there was an organization like AIDWYC he could have donated money to 40 or 50 year ago, when Canada still had capital punishment. "I just hate to think of the number of people who have been hanged," he said. "Some innocent people have definitely been hung, because the evidence against them just wasn't there." read the full Globe and Mail article here.

October 2008 - Queens Park Rally.
On October 6th about 50 people attended a rally outside Queens Park. The rally was attended by Randy Hillier, MPP for Lanark, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Sheila White, Executive Assistant to Andrea Horwath Hamilton East MPP. The event was a success and had many people asking questions including foreign tourists deeply concerned about the welfare of Ontarian and Canadian children alike
.

December 2007 - Man convicted of for blocking Sudbury Children's Aid driveway.
The court handed down 12 months probation to the Sudbury man, the Judge and Crown ignored perjured testimony by a Sudbury Children's Aid worker who testified and continues to refuse to have them investigated for greater crimes committed on children and innocent families by the Sudbury Children's Aid Society and Greater Sudbury Police.

Sept 2008 - FAMILIES IN ANGUISH WITHOUT OMBUDSMAN’S CAS OVERSIGHT
Hamilton East M.P.P. Andrea Horwath has called on the McGuinty Liberals to pass Ontario Bill 93 2008 (Formally Bill 88 2006), her private members bill giving the Ombudsman independent oversight over child welfare and protection in Ontario. The bill's first reading carried on June 11, 2008. Horwath is pushing the Liberals to fast-track it into law with today′s release of Ombudsman
André Marin's annual report calling for oversight of child welfare. Ontario is one of the few provinces lacking independent investigative oversight of children′s welfare. Five provinces - Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia - have Ombudsman oversight of child welfare issues, including child protection. Three others -- Saskatchewan, Quebec and Newfoundland -- have independent oversight through separate offices. more information on this bill here and please download this petition and get as many signatures as possible as it will lead to a safer province for all of our children.
